- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I had trouble getting a package due to my name not being on my mailbox. At first I was really annoyed because it was a birthday gift I needed on time and I had received mail here before. After thinking about it though this was an expensive package and I am glad the carrier was careful about leaving it at the right address. The office was hard to get hold of, but after 3 calls I got through. As soon as I told them I was having a problem they were on it. I got many follow up calls from the office informing me of what was going on, that helped a lot knowing they were aware of my issue and they were resolving it on their side.By Jessica Smith, August 11, 2017
